Shipping & Delivery
Orders (of stock items) placed Monday - Friday before 12:00 pm Central Time will normally ship the same day (excluding holidays) and should arrive to you within 2-3 days. If orders are placed after the cutoff time, they will normally ship the next business day. We ship UPS Ground on all UPS shippable items/orders (see details below). Shipping charges will be estimated during the checkout process.  Due to (1) the possible package configurations when an order involves multiple quantities and/or multiple items and (2) which warehouse has the items in stock, we reserve the right to contact you prior to shipment in the event that the actual shipping and handling costs significantly exceed the estimate. Some non-stock items require additional lead time for delivery. These items will have an estimate of the delivery time on their specific product pages.
As orders are transmitted to our warehouses immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order before it ships. In the event that an item is out-of-stock and we are unable to ship it from another warehouse, we will send you an electronic notification that the item is back-ordered. At that time, you may elect to cancel that item or have us ship the item when it becomes available. From time-to-time some manufacturers discontinue items and/or have interruptions in their ability to supply product in a reasonable timeframe. In such an event, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of the order. Some items, such as toner and ink jet cartridges, are not maintained in all our warehouses. As a result, they may ship separately from the rest of your order.
At this time only ships to the continental United States and does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories. We cannot ship using customer's UPS accounts.  In addition, in certain areas we offer truck delivery from one of our more than 30 warehouses.  
UPS Non-Shippable Items
Please be advised that some items at are not able to be shipped by UPS due to either the size of the package or the chemical nature of the item(s). In the event an item is not able to be shipped via UPS, the item(s) will be delivered from our nearest warehouse location. You will need to select truck delivery for your shipping method.
Payment is unable to extend terms to customers at this time. All orders must be placed by credit card. All transactions are in U.S. dollars. proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Purchases will be reflected on your credit card statement as ''.
Sales Tax and Non-Profit, Resale or other Tax-Exempt Customers only charges sales tax on orders delivered to an address in the state of Texas. is happy to work with non-profit, resale and other tax-exempt customers. In order for to not add sales tax to your Texas order, we must have a copy of your Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit and a completed Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification on file. If you qualify for exemption from Texas Sales and Use Tax, please email us at and we will provide the forms. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process the forms and update your account. We will notify you electronically when we have processed your forms.
Until you receive our notification, you will be responsible for any sales tax on your order. We are unable to credit back sales tax charged on an order if we have not processed your forms prior to your order being placed. You are liable for any sales and/or use tax that results from using any goods ordered from in a manner inconsistent with your Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification.
Returns/Exchanges and Warranty
Our warehouse personnel are well trained to ensure every order is correct and all items are in good condition when it leaves our premises. Occasionally damage does happen in transit and the carrier who delivers the items is responsible for any damages. We ask that you inspect your shipment/delivery thoroughly before you sign for it. In the unlikely event there is something missing from your shipment, please let our Customer Service department know by emailing us at within 5 days of receipt of the rest of your order.
In the event you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at and request a return material authorization (RMA) form within 10 business days of receipt of your product. All returns must be received within 10 business days of Customer Service approving your RMA and be in the original box/containers in re-sellable condition with no additional markings and/or labeling on the packaging. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are unable to be refunded for returns or exchanges.
Returns without the original, unmarked packaging or past 10 business days of the RMA approval date will not be accepted for return. Please note that there are no returns allowed on discontinued, damaged, special order items, non-stock or close-out merchandise. Also, sales of floor machines and other equipment are final. does not provide any warranty on its goods other than the returns and exchange policies specifically outlined here. Any equipment purchased is solely covered by its factory warranty and any claims under such warranty need to be handled directly by you with the manufacturer. Brand toner and inkjet cartridges are made specifically for These toner and inkjet cartridges are covered solely by a two-year limited warranty (see details below) provided by our manufacturer. In the event of an issue within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Department at and we will work with you to resolve any issues you are encountering. Brand Toner and Inkjet Cartridges Limited Warranty’s toner and inkjet cartridge manufacturer (JGCM) warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in material and workmanship, unless otherwise stated under separate contract, for the period of two (2) years after the date of purchase. If any Brand cartridge is found to be defective, JGCM will, at its option, replace the cartridge or issue a credit for the cost of the cartridge. JGCM also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, Brand cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or void the original manufacturer’s warranty for your printer, fax, or copier.
If a defect in a Brand cartridge causes a printer, fax, or copier to fail, JGCM will reimburse the customer for the full amount for the repair of the printer or copier. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing JGCM with satisfactory evidence that the printer or copier failure was due to a defect in the Brand cartridge, including a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the company’s field service representative.
All returns must be authorized by’s Customer Service department and must be accompanied by a copy of the return material authorization (RMA) form provided by Customer Service department. Return of the defective cartridge is required. Any sign of tampering with the cartridge by non-JGCM personnel will void this warranty. JGCM liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty processing.
This warranty is provided exclusively by JGCM to’s customers. shall have no liability and provides no warranty, direct, indirect, express, implied, or otherwise for replacement, repair, reimbursement or any other remedy to any customer for Brand toner and inkjet cartridges.
